Mountain Cheese Season 2019
17 May 2019 – The snow has gone, our guests are tasting the new season mountain cheese.
Heidi-Land is back! The cattle, goats and sheep are walking out to the fresh mountain meadows. How much better must the first green grass taste compared to 6 months of eating droughty hay? And what difference in the quality of milk and cheese!
Our first guests had the chance to visit one of the “re-born” mountain farms early this year and they were able to form their self-made cheese with their own hands.
Finally everyone is enjoying the after-work-break in the sun by sitting at the farmers table. That’s life!
